I am all good with this weight - More important was that I completed my annual physical fitness test for the USAF and scored 99.6 out of 100. the improvement was clear - 31 inch waist, 1 min 15 seconds faster on the run and 10 additional push ups and sit ups from last year...I am completely happy.
