I find that being the only non sporty over 90kg female in my family of top
Athletes has an effect on my body consciousness. Does feel sometimes like I can’t compete. Everton is active and slim and healthy and it feels like I’m playing “catch up all the time” Its not just about eating right but a huge physiological fight as well.
