-frustrated with this. It has to be the pms thing. this always seems to happen there is always at least one week that no matter what I do I go up, just the worst week to start a diet. discouraging x 10.

+Ack but at least I got good sleep last night thanks to happy time with my Mister. In the past week I have gotten to see him more than I had in the past 2 weeks combined. It's a lovely thing. Still not enough but better than it was.

++ and thanks to good sleep i got up early and went to the gym! I can't wait for it to stay cool again. it was nice not being outside and it being sweltering.

++I think things are looking up. going to pick up my goal jacket today. if it is way way too small i may just go pick up my size this weekend. winter jackets are meant to run big after all anyways.
