Thank you 😁. I actually lost about 50kg between 2013 and 2015, started using the app when I was halfway there. At the moment I'm training for the Cape Town Marathon. So that helps a bit on the days I overeat. But yeah, just trying to log my calories without restricting myself wrt to what kinds of food I eat. I've found that having coffee for breakfast helps quite a bit, because I tend to eat a lot later in the day.
