Well after starting 16:8 intermittent fasting on Monday, I’m really happy with this result 😊👍🏼👏🏼
I’m still sticking to my 1600 calories a day, but I’m just eating them between noon and 8pm, and I’ve got heaps more energy.
66 kg Perso fino ad ora: 2 kg.    Rimanenti: 1 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
