I’ve been the same weight the last few days. Interesting to see the same weight with nearly a thousand calorie difference 🧐🤔🤷♀️. I’ve been spending all my free time packing and moving. I haven’t worked out in FOREVER!! I’m totally addicted! All I think about is working out lolololol I think I’ve gone crazy 🤣 My last workout was July 21st I worked on Bench Press!
July 21st Workout: Stationary bike 12 minutes 2 miles, banded upper body stretch, Deep stretch for hips thighs and hammies, Over head press 20# 20 reps, Tricep pull 20reps 20#, Cable face pulls 15# 2x20, Bench bar (45#) 2x5, 55# 4x3, 65# 1x3, and 1 rep 🥺 Lat pull down 40# 20 reps 60# 3x5, 75# 3x5 Foam roll legs My legs hurt for 2 days after this but my upper body had no pain 🤷♀️
