So a day at royal ascot yesterday day !!!
Bfast - one slice of toast
Lunch and dinner - 14 bottles of champagne between 6 of us 🤣
Snacks - healthy kebab (chicken and salad) and a mug of tea.
Lots of walking lol
And only put 1 pound on !!! Very very happy
But won’t be doing that again in an hurry
