Good job for logging it, even if you haven’t been eating per your plan; You’re being accountable. Is there something easy and enjoyable body-movement-wise that can reward your brain with some endorphins? I have been in sweatpants most of the week and haven’t showered for days, but I went for a walk before I logged into work this morning, and it felt good. I might do it again tomorrow. I never exercise before work, but I’ve been in a funk and had to do something.
