Weight gain is not surprising as I've transitioned from Keto to a low cal diet and it should take a couple of weeks for my body to adjust. Although I've cut back my calorie intake to compensate, I think I've probably consumed a little more carbs than intended for my beginning. Will continue to fine tune until I get the proportion right. All in all I'm satisfied with the change. Continue to lose inches and I can feel the change.
