Down only 1 lb. This was a hectic week for me. Hope to do a lot better next week. One good thing I got in all my water for last week. Hope to do just as good this week on the water.

Don't knock that 1 lb by saying only. That gives it a negative cognotation and losing 1 lb is anything but negative it's very positive! You could have gained it but you didn't. So remain positive. Great job with the water. I know lots of people don't like it. I however love it. Happy Monday.
