Been on both a mental and spiritual journey this month. Have found out several things both good and bad about myself. The worst is how I have been just too lazy to get up and move for anything. I need to be a true partner with my wife and I need to pick up the slack. So this last couple of weeks due to a medical procedure done on her, I have had to pick up things around the house that she had been doing and I should have been assisting in and not. So I have seen the amount of “chores” she does. Much more than the appearance on the outside. However las week’s loss was due to this and this week’s loss not only to this factor but a long look at myself and lack of health. This made me realize I need to get up and do things and move like take walks outside or ride my recumbent bike. Actually do some pointed exercises and look at the loss! So glad I took that step back and did some soul searching and self observation. Now I am a better art net, and a healthier person, both mentally and physically.
