Down today but I dont know if I trust the scale. I thought my pants felt a little tight on Friday but it could be that they were fresh from the laundry and I was bloated since I started TOM over the weekend. Ive also not been drinking nearly enough water.

I said that I dont trust the scale because my old scale would tell me the same weight for weeks then jump up like 8 pounds and I dont want that to happen. I think it was the battery but I stopped using that scale a looong time ago. Still, it makes me nervous. I need to take new measurements and progress pics but I wanted to wait until I broke into the 240's to do that. I think thats coming soon!

My Niece is coming home from NC at the end of Sept for her Baby Shower. Id like to be at a place where my family will notice that theres a change in my appearance. So thats my current goal.

Go to the gym
