Rain rain go away. I need to walk in the morning another day‼️ Looks like more wall sits and balance board exercises today. Yesterday, I was actually able to balance on one foot and bring my other leg up and out, like I used to be able to do rollerblading, and hold, and then back and hold. Both sides. It felt awesome. I’ve watched my mom’s balance destroyed by her condition. I am starting early, in case I get it.
