Leaving soon for a walk, go for length today, yesterday was so stoked about hitting 30 pounds that I got a bit rowdy with the weights-feeling it today. Can NOT risk injury before 🇮🇹! Gotta way more today too. Missed breakfast yesterday and my massive spinach salad, shrimp and grilled vegetable dinner was only 180 calories! I was STUFFED! Having said that, can’t remember the last time I was at this weight and -31 pounds is feeling good
