Back up again....not sure if I need to be getting more exercise or what. I have already increased my walks after work from 1 mile to 1 and 1/2 miles. I'm not going over RDI, barely can get to it sometimes. Is this maybe increased muscle weight in my legs? My work shirts seem bigger, but I'm not seeing it transferred into the numbers on the scale. Any ideas??
