decided this morning i would use the wrist/ankle weights on my wrist today try to do it every other day..i feel alot more tired then yesterday and still need to get on the floor an do my leg routine i started...

tuesdays steps around 800
wednesdays steps ..5856
thursdays steps...13008 so far..

oh, remember the weights i mentioned a few months back! lol you punching while you walk! lol weights are going to do you some good! you are amazing, really good at changing your routine all the time

you have to change your routine to keep from gettin in a rut...your body gets use to the same all the time an you hit a plateau...been there done that...lolo

even doing it every other day...body will get use to that in time...thats whats nice about walkin...you can always go different routes...see different houses... to add on or shorten the steps/miles and you get different workout for that day...
