Diario di LTHOMP56, 06 set 19

Not much of a loss but better than gain. I cut calories Wed and Thursday so wondering if its helping or hurting . I don't know. I guess keep doing what I'm doing and see how it goes for a few more weeks. Trying to keep calories around 1150 weekdays. But I always go over Fri Sat and Sun. Averaging out less than 1400 a day but my RDI says to lose I need no more than 1200 . Might work on cutting back and trying that .
