Not much of a loss but better than a gain. I've been doing a lot of yard work and cut calories down some. I'm hoping for a better loss next Fri . Had my second bday dinner last Sat which included my second ice cream cone so I glad it wasn't a gain. Bday over so now it's time to work it off lol
