I was over my RDI the past two days (yesterday was refeed), so I wasn’t expecting a dip but I’ll take it. Today has been planned out so I don’t have to make any decisions.

I was over mine quite a bit this week because of all the eating out with friends. I'm also surprised I lost anything. same amount as you!
