So... I finally did a weigh-in after 34 days from my previous weigh-in. I don't think I did too bad. It might not look like much, but having a 100 gr loss, going back to cross fit & having my exact same lifestyle, it is a big achievement.

Let's see what the next 4 weeks hold for me!
75,4 kg Perso fino ad ora: 3,6 kg.    Rimanenti: 0 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 0,0 kg a Settimana

I’m sure you have gained a lot of muscle from doing cross fit and your clothes are fitting better on you. That’s way better than a huge drop in the scale. So well done 👏🏻
