I am back!
i held close to my ideal weight for one year 2016-2017 and then gained 15% of my weight back over about 18 months. So, it's time to try again. Meanwhile, I have taken up kayaking, I still walk and bike to work (8km per day). But my intake of bread and alcohol (my appetite stimulant) has increased.
I know exactly where to begin, exactly. Reducing alcohol intake to 3 units a week (3 x90 ml white wine) and including more protein and reducing carbohydrates in my breakfast. Get back to yoga. And taking no more seconds at dinner time. Simple, right?
