This is frustrating. I went to the gym, I ate less than what my allowed calories were. so what the eff? Sorry. but that 1 pound extra?I am discouraged.

Don't get discouraged - you're still doing a great job with your weight loss. Don't let this little bump in the road get you down. Just work hard and stay positive and good things are bound to happen! :)

I think most of us struggle with a few pounds fluctuation on the scale. It's frustrating as hell but from what I hear, it's totally normal. Don't let it get you down, you might weigh in 3 days from now and be down 2... : ) You are doing great!

Be careful about focusing on too small of a timeframe when judging your progress, because as far as I can tell you are still down almost 3 lbs from a week ago & that spells success as far as I'm concerned! Although there are some members who record daily & have a nice, even loss, I am not one of those people. I'm up & down within a 3-4 lbs range all the time, but the bottom end of that range keeps getting lower & lower each week so I don't trip about it. You shouldn't either, keep your head up chick. You're doing great!

Thanks all of you! You guys rock. I am doing better. I am not throwing in the towel maybe I should just weigh myself on Saturdays or fridays or something. See how that goes. Just usually the scale keeps me in check. I just hope the pmsing is begining early. Thank you all again!!

I used to think checking my weight every day kept me in check but it was more of a burden to be honest. Like kstubblefield I go up and down 3-4 pounds all the time. Try doing it once a week in the morning before anything else, I find it keeps me in check more that way because I dont know what the scale says and I want it to be down. Keep your head up it will come off!
