I know, I know I said I wouldnt weigh myself but I am addicted to the scale. Up another pound I only consumed 1800 calories yesterday. Shouldn't be all this gain but I think I am ovulating would that make a difference? Went to the gym this morning dispite that. going to try to go for an hour one if not both days this weekend. Need to get to the gym more next week. Oh but as long as I go both days this weekend I will have gone 12 times (what i need for my insurnace to rebate 20$)this month :) yay.

oh! and! I thought of a good reward for the time I get to my goal! That will help keep me on track :) I so want to get my hair done but at the moment I am saving for new ipod touch and a weekend trip coming up. So once I hit 299 I will schedule it! hopefully that will happen sometime next month and mid october at the latest!

hide your scale, its the only way to get rid of that addiction. I have to keep mine hidden under my sink behind all of the stuff so I am not tempted to dig it out! If your coming up on the TOM you might be retaining water like crazy, just keep doing what your doing eventually you will see the scale reflect it!

Great goal - Finding ways to reward yourself is awesome motivation. I might follow suit and do the same thing. Stay positive!!!

Insurance rebate for going to the gym, wow thats great! I hope you have a happy weekend girl. I am still waiting to see a picture of the jacket : )
