just weighed in again...lol...just amazes me how easy this is at times..when i was walking, the weight was comin off, but not like it is now..just so surprising...just finished my 500+ crunches with legs proped up added another 100 on today..try an add more on each day...next is weight routine for 30, then 2nd day of doing pilates...hopefully will get past the warmup part of it today...lol..

thanks everyone ...really the pilates is easier then i thought..and usually by the time i have my warmup done from the dvd, im already sweating...warmup last 18+ min...hopefully by next monday i can be on the second part of the workout...and then hopefully the week after that..i can be up to the third part...just keep addin more on is the plan...i think ther is like 7 parts to the 5-7 parts to the cd..not for sure..not really paid attention since i havnt made it that far yet...lol...

Wow. Thanks for your journal today. you've inspired me to pick up my Pilates DVD and actually put it INTO the dvd player. You are my hero as always!

That picture motivates me and reminds me of how much MORE MOTIVATED I was in July when I first started than I seem now. Sigh! Thank you -- Mr. Fun -- for recharging my little locomotive's battery!
