:) I know...it's the klannoye diet! She's also given it a couple of other names.... the scarf n barf, or...booze n lose....or Birthday Bulimia! LOL! Thanks, ctlss!

You two make me laugh! Klannoye...you STILL can't count! :) Must be alcohol poisoning...:) And how many of THESE comments are YOURS? Keep 'em coming...you know I LOVE your sense of humor! Quantities? Whatever you have, drink ALL of it! :) SO lazy today, no journal entry, eating like a pig. Did do my workout, but sure the calories today are gonna be a wash. Apparently I still eat to soothe anxiety! Guess I better catch up my log...

Oh, Klannoye, so which method did you decide to patent, or did ya go for all of 'em??...Personally, I really like scarf 'n' barf!! RWL, you are falling behind my friend. Must be worn out from all that scarf 'n' barf!! Of course, the weight loss IS nice!!
