I am so grateful to be down two pounds today, but it jut goes to show that life is too too funny. I was really stressed out and I had a terrible week. I know I had "hidden sugar" and it set me back. I know I gained weight from it that thankfully I was able to lose by weigh in day--Most likely because I have been walking. Oh,don't get me wrong, I am glad to have lost the two pounds that I did, but I was really hoping to get into the 200s. So, now, I still went down but the dang scale landed squarely on 300! So funny. Okay, so on to the 200's next week!

Way to go! Keep it up. I have battled my weight my whole life. You can do it. I would like to be you buddy. You encourage me and I encourage you. Other members enthusiasm has really helped so far. Let me know how you do this next week. Good Luck on reaching your first goal.

Hi About my options, my course director said I should apply next yr, but thats another yr gone and the way tourism going mite not get the chance again. I'm going to wait until Tues to talk to someone, Just been told one of the girl who got a place only applied to suit parents and may not do the course or go for a while, this is what annoys me, other girl due baby in November and she got the course, that means she's off until Feb, and 1st year of course finishes in May, exams finished about 8th of May. I'm totally confused on how they choose who does the course. Well I'll see Monday what my options are. Thanks for the support. Carmel
