Once again, there's more to my food and weight issues than just liking good food. I don't think it's just a self-control issue or I wouldnt have been able to lose 75lbs. Although, I have considered that my weight loss was more obsession than self-control.
Regardless, I have been working through some emotional baggage. I hope this will help not only my emotional well-being, but also me weight/food issues.
I would like to do radical low carb for 2 wks, and then moderate low-carb afterwards, with an emphasis in eliminating gluten.
65,8 kg Perso fino ad ora: 14,4 kg.    Rimanenti: 4,5 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
