I just threw out a lot of my freezer, freezer burn and expired meat. I replaced tossed food with frozen brussel sprouts and frozen low cal freezer meals a la Lean Cuisine variety. So if I continue to be lazy I can throw a frozen meal on top of fresh vegetable salads for the next week, just to get me back on track. I also bought my trout, and frozen fresh fish to get my Omega 3's back into my diet. Here goes folks, stay motivated!

Yes, it's what has kept me successful! I know when I get home from work, I'm starving. So having some prepared wholegrain rice, or cooked fish, or buying a prepared salad is what keeps it working! I tend to buy a lot of chopped veggies, and keep chicken handy etc, to throw together if I'm not into making a stir fry or curry.
