I retired 22 December 2017 but won’t be retirement age until 2028 don’t think I could have done diet if I was working nowhere to get decent food and surrounded by pubs
I think maintaining wouldn’t be a problem but losing 30kg would have been too much
I was doing a 12 hour day and doing a physical job
By time 7.00 came around you want a drink and the law of averages I would just ruin it

Razor I know where you are coming from similiar story to mine,but I was office based so no exercise at all! If I didn't give up work I think I would be dead. I hope you enjoy your retirement and achieve your goals, good man. BTW my business meeting is a one off, haven't done a full days work since 2010.
