I am down a pound this week! Yay!!! I am trying so hard to hold on. I am still having issues with eating after work. Especially with Peanut Butter!!! This last week, I did not have any in the kitchen pantry. But I did in the basement pantry storage. (UNOPENED!) Came home today and guess what???? Peanut butter was upstairs and OPENED!!! Grrrrr!!!! I have stayed away from it all week. I did have my Better'n Peanut Butter. Which is very good, but not as good as Jiff!! Something to continue to work on!!
