I knew I would be dropping this week due to starting this aggressive fat loss challenge, but I wasnt expecting this today. I was up a little yesterday so Im sure that also makes it looks more dramatic!

Still no gym. I woke up today thinking I would at least go to Piyo but then I got back in bed and slept till about 11:30. Maybe thats why my weight was so good - I slept half the day. 😂😂😂
