fully expected jump. last year it was around 245lbs or so. I'm so glad to be able to take part in this feast and it not make me unhappy because it made feel even fatter. now it's just a celebration and I'm not obese no more 🤗

Hopefully this cold I got is not the flu and I get to hit the gym tomorrow. My body needs some stressing.

I love nuts too. Have to potion them because of potassium, which I have to watch. Keep them in baggie in the freezer and easy to log on FS. Hope your cold gets better and isn't the flu 😁
