Loving my Keto lifestyle. I’m feeling really great. I was having some issues this week with cramps, but found a great recipe for making your own electrolyte drink on the Livestrong website.
Mix 5 cups of water
Juice of a lemon
1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 serving of Magnesium powder
1/2 teaspoon of Cream of Tartar
Keto sweetener if required
It’s a great drink, and I just sip on it throughout the morning 😊🍹
