Hi FatSecret members. Yesterday I met a friend in Glendale off of Brand Ave. in Glendale at a restaurant called Foxy’s. We have met twice there this month, and the food is amazing. It’s a bit expensive, but worth it, and then had Chicken cheese casserole for dinner, so my increased weight is no surprise. It’s Friday, and that can be food problematic in itself. My dogs got out of the front of the house, and one got a very nice snack of my hands, but I am Ok, after cleaning up a bloody mess. It kind of shocked me. Angry 😡 little guy saved from a shelter. Today my hands are doing much better. I hope ALL of you have a great weekend fulfilled in your diet goals. My knee is sore, and I need to rest a bit from workouts. Have a great day folks!!
