Diario di Naiomy, 16 set 10

Decided to go ahead and post my last weigh in. I already know once i'm done with this break i'll have some weight to lose... so i'm not ashamed of my progress or my mistakes. Everything is a learning process. I may NOT weigh in until i'm ready to start losing again. So here it goes :)
76,2 kg Perso fino ad ora: 13,1 kg.    Rimanenti: 2,3 kg.    Dieta seguita: Non applicabile.
Aumentando 0,5 kg a Settimana

It may be healthy for the body to diet/exercise and eat all the right things but it is healthy for the mind to take a break from it all as well. It can get really stressful at times to be counting and weighing. Hope you are enjoying your break and taking time to relax and enjoy life

thank you skinny!!... ur totally right.. i'm ok with slow movement but when i'm gaining or hitting a wall its just too much for me for all the thinking and work i was doing..
