I'm on a dowmward spiral with my thyroid. My hands are shaky and my thought process is horrible. i can't get anything together. The radiation was done for my thyroid on Feb. 13th. Go back to the doctor April 15th. With any luck i will straighten up before then or I will be nuts.

Please try not to let this get you down, think of it as one of those steps you have to climb over to help you get to the end result 12.2lb is an achievement. You only have a couple of weeks before your next dr. visit so the next step will come after that. Keep up all the good work. :)
