I decided last night to get more serious about all this, I’ve been eating ok ish - quite a few mess ups to be honest. Going to get more excercise and stick to calories, cut back on the largers as well, eeeek!

I've heard it said that you can't outrun a bad diet. I never really believed it till now (when I was younger, I cycled and ate anything I wanted). my experience in my most recent weight loss this year are miles away from the past time. but, like bill Phillips says in his book: don't beat yourself up about the past. go on and do better in the future
