This is a new low! I know it will be gone tomorrow...it always is BUT each time I lose another pound it starts with a new low. I'm at 110.7 pounds lost since I started this account. I'm trying to celebrate each new low because I know that it's just a matter of time before it becomes my new normal!

I've noticed the "in between" times gives your mind a chance to adjust to "being" at that number when t settles. Then you can go toward the next point in your journey. Celebrating each point is a gift. Congratulations!

Yep- so true . My new lows are gone the next day but it means that they are well on their way to being the new normal- as you just said. Congrats!
