Well i was on the giving up hope. decided to exercise yesterday.... and alas sucess...... I needed the weight loss.
I am reved up. Shoes on at 7am and ready to walk.

That's great! I'm so glad you didn't give up. At 7am as you're lacing up those shoes just imagine your dear mother beating you on the hikes, that should make you move, lol! Keep at it friend, you CAN do it! Also, thank you for the support, you're a sweetheart (O:
