Still maintaining. I'm eating the same healthy foods, maybe adding more whole grain carbs, not as much meat this week except salmon sashimi. I'll prepare more protein this week, fresh chicken, more fish. When I don't eat meat, I add nuts and legumes to compensate. I was just lazy and had a lot of of whole meal salads this last week, mostly the Harvest Grain take out salads from Farm Boy.
64,9 kg Perso fino ad ora: 19,1 kg.    Rimanenti: 0 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
