Back to limited treats this week, keto meals, and no more take out. I ate dinner out twice last wk celebrating and catching up with friends aswell as had cold rock as a cheat meal so was expecting the gain yesterday. Stil gota live a little and enjoy life so not even mad but Time to focus again
