this week has been so hard for me :( just today i had stuffing and ice cream. but oh well. still losing weight and I guess that is what counts. I just decided to take this weekend and treat myself and start back super strict on monday. i want to lost at least 2 lbs this week..next weekend is my sister´s beachhouse birthday party and im sure to break the rules at least a little there. why is ice cream sooooooooooooooo tempting for me?? argh.
