It’s a beautiful morning in Washington!

My activity has shifted to walking and dumbbells. Body has needed some rest anyway. Not as much activity as before, but I’ve been closing exercise rings everyday 😁

Trying to stay active. I’ll up the weights soon and keep on walking/running as long as I’m allowed to go outside 😬
