Feeling good.
Diet is fairly on point , still not logging as much as I normally would.
Spending a lot of time with my son due to home schooling.
Enjoying it! 😀
Happy with weight.
I have a home gym set up , small though still more then enough to maintain.

Currently walking with my son
I’m going for run three times a week.
Using bands three times a week.
Light weights twice a week.

I’m sleeping eight hours plus a night.
I needed this. 🙏🏼
