I’ve stopped logging food and may be good with that for a while. I was recording most of it and maintaining, but without accurate numbers, it’s really not helpful. I’ve learned so much over the last couple years and now I’m going to put it into practice! Maintenance without logging, let’s see how this goes 🙂

Many transition well to not tracking calories. My hubby weighed, measured for about three months, go his head wrapped around what he needed to do, lost about 35 pounds over the next year and never weighed a morsel since. Not so for me!

Hope it goes well for you L2E! I'm hoping to try this too starting tomorrow at least for a week and see how it goes. I might be like you though, Melissatwa - where it's better for me to keep tracking. Will have to see.
