Last weekend I didn't stick to my usual eating habits and gained some weight, while I already reached 95.6kg. I just got back to my routine on Monday and now my weight is 95.2kg again! Very happy that it is going down! Have a lovely Easter Friday everyone, never forget that God will and can do anything for you!
95,2 kg Perso fino ad ora: 1,8 kg.    Rimanenti: 25,2 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

1533 kcal Gras: 51,58g | Prot: 76,87g | Carb: 198,46g.   Colazione:  Red Tomatoes (Cooked) , Yellow Onions (Sauteed), Lentils (Sprouted, without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking),  Cooked Spinach (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Pranzo:  Tomatoes,  Hummus ,  Avocados ,  White Rice,  Lean or Extra Lean Minced Beef Meatballs. Cena:  Sweet Potato (without Skin, Cooked, Boiled) ,  Cucumber (with Peel) , All Gold Tomato & Onion Mix, Iwisa Braaipap,  Pork Loin (Whole, Cooked, Roasted) . Snacks/Altro:  Yellow Cake (with Vanilla Icing) , SPAR Rice Cakes, Bakers Boudoir, Pepsi Max,  Lowfat (1-2% Fat) Cottage Cheese. Di più...
