Arggggh! The dreaded plateau is here. It's been a week and no weight lost. :( I knew it was coming, and that it's perfectly normal but it one gets spoiled when the weight just melts off. I just got a new treadmill and I know that once the plateau is done, it will be back to negative territory. I will hang in there!
