we went camping last weekend and I believe that my weight gain has to do with the wrong choices plus a lack of drinking enough water.

You are probably right, however, the important question is did you have fun? Losing weight cannot be a lifestyle change if it keeps you from having fun and sometimes fun will cause slip ups. Just get back on track so you can go camping again!

So much fun riding fourwheelers and hiking and playing on giant rocks so I did get way more exercise thanks for the life reminder Kathy its way more fun than the treadmill 😊
