Oh no 😬 not a great week. I’ve been doing optislim shakes & replacement bars. I realised toooooo much sugar. This week going back to my salads & proper eating & I’ll see how that goes.
74 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0,8 kg.    Rimanenti: 6 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Aumentando 0,3 kg a Settimana

Yes the carbs and sugar in those things not good. And your brain doesn’t register you have eaten either. So generally u will still be hungry. That was my experience years ago on that stuff. Better to try find what u can live with long term
