going back to the gym and doing different workouts is starting to pay off for me...an i have that feeling of accomplishment after my workouts like i use to have when i first started going to the gym...sure its hard to step out in that cold air first thing in the morning..but its worth every bit of it ...an the FANTASTIC feeling of accomplishment that comes from it!!!!
